How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I track my order?

Certainly! Your order confirmation email will have included a tracking number but if you’re having any issues locating your tracking info, please contact us as we’ll be happy to help.

Once I place my order, can I change my delivery address?

This will depend on whether your order has been shipped by the time that you contact us. We will accommodate you wherever possible so please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

This will depend on whether your order has already been shipped or not. Please get in contact with us at your earliest convenience and we will check to see if a change/cancellation is possible. We will always accommodate your request where possible.

Can I exchange an item once the order has been completed?

Unfortunately, all completed orders are non-exchangeable.
